All refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date. Please contact us at support@moltenthreads.com if you believe you're eligible, attaching clear photo of the damaged or incorrect item.

At this time, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind. All sales are final. Please review your order carefully before purchasing.
